Denver boutique law firm seeks a senior corporate paralegal with 8+ years of experience.Substantial experience in the following areas are ideal:

•Mergers & Acquisitions
•Venture Capital / Private Equity
•Securities
•Corporate Governance
A college degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited ABA approved institution is required. Must have strong organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail and an ability to work independently. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will communicate with attorneys and clients. Knowledge of MS Office (including Word and Excel) is essential.
