The Controller will report to the President and be responsible for performing day to day accounting and bookkeeping functions, construction draws for the real estate development activities, A/P, wire transfers, tax preparation (if the candidate has experience in this) and eventually some more complex analysis such as discounted cash flow and ROI analysis for future development and investment activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent is preferred.A minimum of five years experience is required.Public accounting experience and a CPA are a plus but not required.
