Construction Cost Analyst Positions
Position Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established company and become involved in a very exciting and long-term major construction program SOUTH TEXAS
The Cost Analyst is responsible to the Manager of Cost Control and performs project cost control functions for complex or large construction projects ($10M+).Basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interfacing with project management teams and external contractors on cost and schedule matters; forecasting project cost; variance reporting; and project budgeting.
Education:
All candidates must possess BS/BA in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
Experience:
Sr. Construction Cost Analyst – 8-10 years in Project Controls, Project Management, Accounting, or construction related experience.Industrial construction experience strongly preferred.
Cost Analyst – 3+ years in Project Controls, Project Management, Accounting, or construction related experience.Industrial construction experience strongly preferred.
