Catering Supervisor needed for upscale catering. Must be available days, evening, and weekends.Schedule will vary from week to week. Must have at least 5 years experience in high end dining. Knowledgeable in dining etiquette protocols. Must possess experience in supervising up to 20 employees. Able to make quick decisions and deal professionally with customer complaints. Must be able to communicate in English. Must be able to handle long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying, lifting, or pushing supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more. Will work closely with the Catering Director. Must have computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Starting $13-$14 per hour based on experience Medical, Dental and eye profit sharing, sick time, holiday pay, life insurance, uniforms and meals provided.
