Description Properly handles, prepares, serves and stores food items for all services of the department in compliance with department policies/procedures and regulatory agency standards.Complies with recipes and able to adjust for volume as required. Qualifications Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Serve-Safe Certification Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Formal training in accredited culinary program preferred. Experience: Minimum of three years institutional food production preferred.
