Growing Commercial Real Estate Development and Consulting firm looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and Office Manager. Fast-paced and fun small office environment. **QuickBooks expertise required** Responsibilities will include: • A/P, /A/R • Time entry and invoicing • Payroll (including taxes, 941, unemployment, etc…) • Prepares monthly financial reports (budget vs. actual) • Performs monthly bank reconciliations • Researches management questions and resolves issues • Document, prepare, input, and post journal entries. • Office Management Support - phones, mail, filing, travel arrangements Skills and Ability: • Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices • Clear written and oral communication • Highly motivated, self starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints Requirements: • QuickBooks expertise • Experience: 2+ years in similar accounting role. • Non-smoking office Will consider a minimum 20 hours to full time.
