We have a bonded pair of BF Amazons available for adoption, that MUST go together. They have not always had an easy life, but are well on their way to coming around. Polly takes more to my husband and he is able to hold her, were as Pops likes me more. Pops is not quite ready to be held yet, but no longer runs from the perch when I work with him. They are both great being hand fed, in fact my 4 yr old feeds them all of the time. They are by NO means aggressive, just ended up getting the raw end of a bad divorce, stuck in a basement and forgotten about. Because of that, we have been helping them to trust humans again. If you are intersted please feel free to email me and I can better explain the story behind them. We are asking an adoption fee to help cover our costs, the cage, and toys. If interested in them, please take into account that we live just inside Nebraska about 3 to 3 1/2 hr drive from denver and we will not deliver them or meet somewhere. Sorry, but that would be too hard on these guys. I have tried several times to include pics but it wouln't accept them because they are too big, so I can email them if you would like, just ask. Thanks, and please remember we are not rude or mean people just want the best for these baby's. We used to be into birds, but down sized because of health reasons. We felt compeled to take these guys in and work with them because of their environment, now it's time for their forever home....but I stress FOREVER!!
