The coffee shop has been in operation for over 10yrs. In that time I have taken other ventures in my personal life. Because of this action the business has suffered because of a lack of TLC. My lease is up at the end of May and I am not interested in resigning my lease. This leaves a couple of options. one, someone that would like to be a working owner and run the establishment. Two, Someone that is interested in opening a coffee shop in a different location and would buy the business assets and open their own shop. Third, I simply will sell the inventory piece by piece. All these options will be sold based upon the property value/equipment value reported for taxes each year.The price reported is 55k. I am willing to negotiate this price a bit. I currently own 3 coffee shops, 1 coffee roasting company, and a restaurant. I can assure you that the equipment is the top of the line and have been outfitted with latest technology. I currently have a few emails from potential people that have responded to the CL ad. I am open to any offers.
