This property is primarily surrounded by Pike National Forest but has easy access,~12 miles north of Woodland Park.The rental is for the main house.There is also 2-story cabin, a 2 room cabin, and a 4 stall barn on the acreage.
The following sleeping capacity in the main house:
1 Queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms
1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living room
1 twin sized Day bed, also in the large living room
There is a large, concrete fire-pit on the property for bon-fires (when allowed) as well as an outdoor grill and many kitchen staples to make a vacation "get-away" easier to plan.
There is no housekeeping during the stay.
Availability is from April – October with a minimum of 3 night’s stay.
