Located in the 'banana belt' of Central Colorado, we enjoy mild and dry weather year round relative to other areas of Colorado.
During your summer vacation, enjoy hiking, kayaking, or whitewater river rafting with outfitters in Cotopaxi, just 10 miles east. World class fly fishing is available in the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area all along the 50 miles of Highway 50 from Salida to the Royal Gorge.
