Excellent condition.This 32 foot unit has been parked in Grand Lake since it was new.It is located at the T Lazy W Mobile Park just outside of the city of Grand Lake.It will have to be moved to another space in the park that is equally nice. You can just purchase the 5th wheel and not take over the seasonal lease but why not own your own place in the mountains? Utilities, water and sewer are included in the lease.
The park is open with all utilities May through October, but is accessible all year long .For more info call
