It is brand new and comes in the original factory box.Box needs a little help.It has never been mounted in a cabinet (speaker holes have no marks or punctures in paper) but it has been wired up with solder at one time (solder on lugs).Works great!!Original cone and in great physical condition.Don’t know the power rating.Probably 100 watts.Maybe 50 watts.8-ohms.Manufacturer and date codes shown.These speakers are tuff!!!The speaker would work great in any bass combo amp, cabinet, or that dead bass amp over in the corner.I wouldn’t use this with a car stereo, though, just as a word of caution.Cheaper than a recone!!!
