Description:
basis. Review all check requests for necessary disbursement date. Research unpaid or incorrectly paid invoices.Reconcile vendor statements on a monthly basis. Responsible for receiving and returning phone calls to internal customers and to external suppliers in regards to invoices and payments. The expectation of turn around time within one business day. Resolve purchase order / invoice discrepancies with purchasing weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are a representation of the knowledge, skill and/ or abilities required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable the individual with disabilities to perform the essential function. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required. Three to five years related experience and/or training. Experience with Oracle Financial AP software. Experience with building and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
