I am a responsible, non-smoker, male in my late 30s, with a Springer Spaniel super friendly dog. I have a basement for rent in a family style ranch home. You would have your own half bath and share the upstairs hallway bathroom (which I rarely use), and the kitchen. Here are some of the details:
