I have an unfurnished(but the condo is furnished) spare bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom condo. The condo has valted ceilings, fireplace, deck, washer& dryer in the place, and vanity bathroom. The spare room is newly carpeted(not the cheap shit), 11'x11' with an 8'x2' closet. Also an additional storage room. Swimming pool, and tennis courts on grounds as well. Not a giant complex, very small and set back. Perfect location, 15mins from Denver, 15mins from Boulder and a straight shot west for the mtns in 15min.
I'm a 28yr old grad student from the New England. I both work and attend school in Boulder, and the commute is nothing, or I would move there. I have a 2 1/2yr old female siberian husky. She is a brilliant dog, very playful yet pretty chill.
Anyway, I'm pretty low key. And as I said I'm new to the area(about 7 months). When not working, in class, or face planted in books; I'm usually snowboarding (have the 5mtn pass), climbing at the gym, hiking or doing something else outside. Those nights of insane partying are for the mostpart over, though I don't mind your occassional pub crawl (i'll party, just not at my joint) I'm looking for someone within my age group (23-33) and whom is also low key. Oh and won't stroke me around for rent when its due (2nd of the month). If you like a chill environment then we'll probably get along pretty well.
Rent would be $450 mnth, plus $50-$60 a month for utils.
