I suppose this is unusual, but I want to rent a sunny/shady backyard for my Lovable 11 year old coonhound.I don't want to leave her in my apartment, but some days are just too hot in the summer to have her in my truck all day while I'm working.(I am in and out of the truck all day as well.) She loves the sun on her head.
I would drop her off mon-fri from about 8am til 5pm then I would come get her. I would provide all necessary acoutrements and scoop her doodles. My biggest concern is her safety. I.E. that she couldn't escape or be eaten or bitten by another dog. I would also be concerned for other pets such as cats as she will give chase to anything that will run away fast.
She is quiet ( I would put a bark collar on for the first few days) and basically just lounges around in the sun/shade. Super sweet girl. Everybody loves her personality. Just don't leave your sandwich laying around.
If you have a great yard and a need for $175.00 month and/or a dogs company this would work out great.I love her like my kid, so don't be insulted if I ask as many questions of you as you do of me and her.
