House will be rented for the week of the Democratic Convention for $15,000. I need half of rental deposit ($7,500) now and the other $7,500 rental monies by June 1, 2008. Sixty days or less prior to arrival, all rental monies are nonrefundable. A $2,000 Security deposit is required 2 weeks prior to occupancy. PayPal is available for payment. Free shuttle provided to lite rail at designated times. From the lite rail to the convention center is (+-)25 min. Bus and lite rail are close by. HDTV is provided in most rooms along with high speed wired/wireless internet. Finished basement has kitchenette and family room. Home backs up to open space with adjacent park.
